  • Orders are usually shipped in 1 business day and arrives in 3-5 business days after shipping based on carrier transit times.
  • There could be a delay in shipping your order if the shipping address is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.
  • We do not ship out of the United States. International shipments and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are not available.
  • Delivery time-frames may be extended due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure.


Return Policy

  • All items are returnable unless the item is marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable.
  • Shipping cost for returning your item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Our return period lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received itItems must not be worn, altered or damaged It must also be in the original packaging including dust bags, shoe horns and extra laces.


How and Where to Return

      1-To return your product, please visit our Start A Return page and send us your information including your order number using the contact box,

      2- We will send you a return label in the email. Please place the label on the original package and leave to a UPS store.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
