How to Start a Return
Starting a return takes just a few steps:
- Log into your account at sepolshoes.com/account using the email address you ordered with. You'll receive a one-time login code by email.
- Go to your order and click "Request Return."
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return and submit.
- We'll review your request and send you a prepaid FedEx return label via email — at no cost to you.
Don't have an account? Use the same email address you ordered with — your account was automatically created at checkout. Just click here and enter your email to receive a login code.

Return Guidelines
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible
