- SEPOL Shoes offers free shipping within the contiguous United States. Check the delivery status for your selected size and color on the product page.
- Fast Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days for variants marked Fast Shipping.
- Factory Direct: Delivery in 2–3 weeks for variants marked Factory Direct. This timeframe includes production, dispatch, and delivery from our production center in Turkey.
- Our standard return policy applies to Factory Direct items. Eligible contiguous-U.S. orders qualify for free returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn and returned with the original shoe box and dust bags. Final Sale items are excluded. See our return policy.
- There could be a delay in shipping your order if the shipping address is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.
- We do not ship out of the United States. International shipments and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses are not available.
- Delivery time-frames may be extended due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure.
