For most items, your order ships within 1 business day from our 
warehouse and arrives in 3 to 5 business days.

This applies to all items marked "Fast Shipping: 3-5 Business Days" 
on the product page.

FACTORY DIRECT SHIPPING — 2 TO 3 WEEKS
─────────────────────

For select items, we offer Factory Direct Shipping with a delivery 
window of 2 to 3 weeks. Direct from our artisans to your doorstep.

This applies to all items marked "Factory Direct Shipping: 2-3 Weeks" 
on the product page.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH APPLIES TO ME?

Every product page features a clearly visible "Delivery Status" bar 
showing the shipping timeframe for the size and color you've selected. 
The timeframe may vary between size and color combinations of the 
same style — please review before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

All U.S. orders ship FREE — including exchanges. There is no minimum 
order value required. This applies to all products, all sizes, all 
fulfillment methods.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order 
ships. You can track your shipment any time using the link in your 
confirmation email.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
═════════════════════

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. 
We do not ship to:

- Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations

We're working on expanding our reach. If you'd like to be notified 
when we begin shipping to additional locations, please email us.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we work hard to meet the delivery windows above, occasional 
delays may occur due to:

- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses
- High demand or holiday seasons
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather or events outside our control
