- Select whether you want a Refund or an Exchange.
- Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package.
HOW EXCHANGES WORK

We want to make sure you get the perfect fit. To protect the quality of our handcrafted inventory, our exchange process works as follows:
- Request your exchange through our [Returns Center] and drop off the original pair using the provided free shipping label.
- Once your package arrives at our Richmond, Texas hub, our team will physically inspect the shoes to ensure they are unworn and in original condition.
- Upon approval, we will immediately process and ship your new size at zero additional cost to you.
Need it faster? If you donβt want to wait for the return to be processed, we recommend opting for a standard Refund for your original pair and placing a brand-new order for the correct size today.
RETURN GUIDELINES

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
β’ Shoes must be in their original, unworn condition.
β’ Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather soles.
β’ All original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bags, must be included.
β’ Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
REFUNDS

If you opt for a full refund rather than an exchange:
β’ Once your return is received and inspected at our Richmond, Texas hub, we will process your refund.
β’ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
β’ Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
