Return Policy
- All items are returnable unless marked as "Final Sale".
- FREE returns — we cover all return shipping costs for U.S. orders.
- Return window is 30 days from delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, in original packaging including dust bags and shoe box.
How to Start a Return
- Find your order confirmation email (from info@sepolshoes.com).
- Click "View Order" to open your order status page.
- Click "Request Return", select the item(s), and submit.
- We'll email you a prepaid FedEx return label — print it, pack the shoes, and drop off at any FedEx location.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
